Easy Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If a frame isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or exchange.

How it works

1. Visit your account or contact our customer care team to start a return.
2. We’ll email you a prepaid label — just print and attach.
3. Drop the package at any carrier location within 14 days of receiving the label.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of arrival.

What’s eligible

Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, cases, and packaging. Prescription lenses, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items follow the same 30-day window unless marked final sale.

International returns

International orders may be returned within 30 days, but return shipping and any duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before sending anything back.
