Fit
Eyewear Size Guide
Three key measurements — lens, bridge, temple — determine how your frames fit.
Check the inside arm of a pair you already love for three numbers like 52-18-140. Match those to your next pair, or stay within ±2mm for a similar feel.
What the numbers mean
- Lens width — the horizontal width of one lens, typically 40–62mm. Wider lenses give a bolder, more statement look.
- Bridge — the gap between the lenses, typically 14–24mm. A larger bridge suits a wider nose; a smaller bridge sits closer.
- Temple length — the arm that runs to your ear, typically 135–150mm. Most adult frames land between 140 and 145mm.
Choosing by face shape
- Oval — most shapes flatter. Try a square or geometric frame for contrast.
- Round — angular frames (rectangle, wayfarer) add definition.
- Square — round or oval shapes soften strong jawlines.
- Heart — cat-eye and aviator silhouettes balance a wider forehead.
